Why is it valuable?
The first TA Practice listed by SWIFT is visioning. While TA practices are iterative and have no particular order, visioning is crucial to the success of building a solid, effective educational environment. This resource also begins by suggesting visioning and provides a process for the work. And while the information was written for state education leaders, local leaders can review the suggested practices and investigate whether they are in place within local schools. Suggested resource of Better Together Task Force.
