Our Purpose
We uplift principals and school leaders in historically marginalized communities to support the well-being of educators, collectively foster a climate of belonging, and implement a tiered system of social, emotional and academic support that promotes student well-being and learning.
Our Approach
We strengthen school leaders through high quality, evidence-based professional learning, coaching, and awarding micro-credentials for implementing equity leadership and educator well-being practices.
