What is this resource?
The U.S. Department of Education guidance package on Family and Community Engagement released in spring of 2014 is the first non-regulatory guidance about family and community engagement as a way to build capacity for student achievement and school improvement. The main focus of the guidance is on the Dual Capacity Framework.
