What is this resource?
This guide will help school administrators, educators, and whole school communities co-create a culture, implement systems, and engage in practices that foster the rightful presence of historically marginalized student groups who have been separated from all that school has to offer.
Why is it valuable?
This guide is structured around six things K-12 schools can do to begin advancing toward rightful presence. It provides steps, tools, and resources for implementation that can be done without requiring intensive technical assistance from someone outside the school or district.
