The following Tiered Intervention Matrix tool helps schools/districts examine the interventions they provide students.
Why is it valuable?
This tool can be used by a school or district team to organize resources/curricula/interventions into multiple tiers, and to discover overlaps and gaps in their current interventions or multi-tiered system of support (MTSS). The team discussions about where to place interventions within the tiered matrix can also build a shared understanding about when to use particular interventions.
