# MTSS Resource Mapping Form

**What is this resource?**The Resource Map is a tool to help schools identify resources available to support schoolwide transformation.

**Why is it valuable?**During a SWIFT transformation, schools need to know what school resources they already have on hand. This mapping tool is designed to get them thinking about the variety of resources already available to them, and how to use these resources to improve teaching and learning for all their students.
